Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use RapAvatar, including its photo upload, rap video generation, and account features. By using RapAvatar, you agree to these terms.

Photos and other material you provide

You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload a photo, audio file, text, or other material and to use it for video generation. Upload only photos of yourself, or of people (including children) whose permission you have, or for a child, the permission of their parent or guardian. Do not use RapAvatar to impersonate someone deceptively, harass a person, or violate privacy, publicity, intellectual property, or other rights.

You retain any rights you have in the material you provide. You allow RapAvatar and the service providers needed to operate it to process that material to create, store, and deliver your requested video.

Prohibited content

You may not use RapAvatar to create, upload, or share any of the following:

1. Pornography and NSFW content: nudity, sexually explicit or sexually suggestive material.
2. Violence and gore: graphic injury, blood, killing, self-harm, or content that threatens or glorifies violence.
3. Hate speech: content that attacks or demeans people based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or similar characteristics, including slurs.
4. Child-unsafe content: child sexual abuse material (CSAM), any sexual content involving minors, or content that sexualizes, endangers, or exploits a child.
5. Deepfakes and impersonation: videos that present a real person as saying or doing something they did not, without their permission, or that are meant to deceive viewers about who appears in them. This includes public figures and celebrities.
6. Copyright and trademark infringement: material you lack the rights to use, such as other artists' lyrics, recordings, characters, logos, or brands.

Also prohibited: terrorism or violent extremism, harassment or bullying of a real person, fraud, spam, misinformation, and attempts to get around our safety checks. Roasts and diss tracks must stay friendly teasing between people who are in on the joke.

Child sexual abuse material is never tolerated. We remove it immediately, close the account, and report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to law enforcement.

Content moderation and reporting

Automated checks. Before anything is generated, every topic, message, and set of lyrics you enter is screened by the Waffo content safety check, and text that is flagged is refused. Lyrics are written by AI models that are instructed to keep roasts playful and to avoid slurs, hate, and sexual content. Every photo and prompt sent for video generation is also checked by the built in safety filters of Google Gemini, which refuse unsafe photos and requests before a video is made. A refused request does not use your credits or free previews.

Reporting. If you see a RapAvatar video or account that breaks these terms, email support@rapavatar.com with the subject "Report", or submit a ticket on the support tickets page. Include a link to the video or a description of where you saw it and why it breaks these terms. We keep the identity of the person reporting confidential.

Review. A person on our team reviews every report. We reply within 2 business days, and reports involving the safety of a child are handled within 24 hours. We may also review content that our automated checks flag.

Enforcement. Depending on how serious the violation is, we may remove the content, remove credits obtained or used through the violation without refund, suspend or permanently close the account, and report illegal content to the authorities. Knowingly making false reports is also a violation. If you believe we made a mistake, reply to our decision email to appeal and we will review it again.

AI models used to make your video

RapAvatar uses the following third party AI models:

• Google Gemini Omni Flash animates your photo into the rap video, with the vocals and on screen lyrics.
• Google Gemini 3.8 Flash reads your photo and lyrics and writes the video direction (scene, motion, and subtitle style).
• DeepSeek writes the lyrics.
• Suno V6 produces the 10 second audio preview.

We may change these models as better ones become available, and we will update this list when we do.

Generated videos and sharing

AI generated video can contain errors or unexpected results. You are responsible for reviewing a video before sharing it and for following the rules of the platform where you post it. When you share a video, do not present it as real footage or hide that it was made with AI. A generated video does not come with a guarantee that it is free of third party rights or eligible for monetization on every platform. Do not add music or other material that you lack permission to use.

RapAvatar does not claim ownership of your uploaded photo merely because you used the service. Any rights in generated output remain subject to applicable law and the rights of others.

Accounts and service availability

Keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may limit or suspend access when necessary to address misuse, security issues, or violations of these terms. Generation features, templates, and providers may change or be unavailable during maintenance.

Plans and credits

RapAvatar sells credits through a one time Impulse Pack and monthly subscription plans. Current prices and the credits each plan includes are shown in the pricing section. Prices are in US dollars. One rap video uses 10 credits.

• Impulse Pack credits never expire.
• Monthly plan credits are added each billing period and expire when that billing period ends. Unused monthly credits do not roll over.
• Credits that expire soonest are used first, so monthly plan credits are used before Impulse Pack credits.
• If a video fails or is refused by a safety check, its credits are returned to your balance automatically.

Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged for money, except through a refund described below.

Launch promotion

While the launch promotion runs:

• Daily free video: each signed in account without a subscription can make one free video per day. It is added as 10 credits that expire at the end of that day (UTC) and are used before your other credits. Free videos carry the RapAvatar watermark.
• Limits: the offer allows one claim per account, network, and browser per day, and the whole site gives out a limited number of free videos each day. When they run out, free videos return the next day.
• Feedback reward: if you email feedback to support@rapavatar.com and we adopt it, we add 30 credits (an Impulse Pack, worth $4.99) to your account. Which feedback we adopt is our decision.
• Creating extra accounts or otherwise working around these limits is not allowed. We may remove credits obtained that way and suspend the accounts involved.
• We may change or end the promotion at any time. Credits already added keep their stated expiry. Free and reward credits are not refundable.

Billing and payment

Payments are processed by Waffo Pancake, which acts as the merchant of record, or by PayPal, depending on the method you choose at checkout. By subscribing, you authorize a charge for the plan price at the start of each monthly billing period until you cancel. By buying an Impulse Pack, you authorize a one time charge. Applicable taxes are calculated and shown at checkout.

Cancellation

You can cancel a subscription at any time on the Billing page in your account settings, or by emailing support@rapavatar.com from your account email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again, and you can keep using that period's credits until it ends. Cancelling a subscription does not affect Impulse Pack credits, which stay in your account.

Refunds

• First subscription: If you subscribe for the first time and have not generated any video since that payment, you can request a full refund within 7 days of the charge.
• Subscription renewals: Renewal charges are not refundable, except as described under "Billing errors and outages" below.
• Impulse Pack: You can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if none of its credits have been used. Used credits are not refundable.
• Billing errors and outages: A duplicate or mistaken charge is refunded in full. If the service is unavailable for 72 hours or more in a row, contact us for a refund or credit for the affected period.

To request a refund, email support@rapavatar.com from your account email with your order number and the reason. We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method; your bank or payment provider may take 5 to 10 business days to show them.

When a payment is refunded, the credits it added are removed from your account. Refunding a subscription payment also ends the subscription immediately and stops future charges.

Billing disputes

If you think you were charged incorrectly, please contact support@rapavatar.com before disputing the charge with your bank or card issuer. We reply within 2 business days and fix confirmed billing errors within 5 business days.
